Scope and current stage
This notice covers the Google connection and development stage of CRAFTISS Temu Operations, an internal application for CRAFTISS LLC’s own US Temu store. It supplements the online store privacy policy. Live Temu order retrieval, label purchases and customer-label delivery to YSell are not enabled. This notice will be reviewed before those features are activated.
Information accessed and purpose
The owner authorizes Google Drive access through Google OAuth and selects a dedicated Temu folder through Google Picker. The application requests drive.file, which permits work with files selected for use with the application or created by it. The current connectivity check reads the selected folder’s identifier, name, type, parent, access permissions and ability to add files. Permission information can include the owner’s Google account identifier or email address.
OAuth connection credentials are used to refresh the authorized Google connection. Folder identifiers and limited diagnostic results are kept to configure and verify the integration. Full Drive access, Gmail access and Google account profile scopes are not requested for this connection.
Storage and access
The application uses a separate Google Cloud project. The tested worker and the configured secret replicas are in the US region us-central1. Google Drive storage location is not determined by that worker region.
Connection values are stored in Google Secret Manager. Private local setup copies currently remain on the owner’s computer. The dedicated worker has access to the three configured Google connection secrets. The selected Temu folder has limited inherited access. Ordinary application diagnostic output does not include connection tokens.
Sharing and intended warehouse workflow
Google processes connection information to provide OAuth, Drive and Google Cloud services. No customer-label transfer to YSell has been performed by this application. The intended future workflow is to retrieve Temu shipping-label PDFs, store them in the dedicated Drive folder and deliver them to YSell for warehouse fulfillment. That workflow, its recipients, retention and safeguards must be finalized and disclosed before it is enabled.
Google data obtained for this connection is used for the described integration, not sold or supplied for advertising.
Retention, revocation and deletion requests
Connection credentials and configuration are retained while needed to maintain or prepare the owner-authorized connection. Setup reports and private local copies currently remain in the project; an automatic retention schedule has not yet been deployed. This development notice does not claim that a complete shipping-label deletion process is already operating.
The owner can revoke the application’s Google authorization in Google Account settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself delete previously stored project files, reports or credentials. Requests concerning files in Google Drive or other provider systems may also require action in those systems.
